1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and UNCLOG ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") concerning your access to and use of the gmailunclog.com website and our email attachment extraction service (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

UNCLOG provides an email attachment extraction service that allows you to:

  • Connect your Gmail account securely via OAuth 2.0
  • View emails containing attachments
  • Extract and store attachments in UNCLOG's secure cloud storage
  • Delete original emails from Gmail to free up storage space
  • Download, manage, and delete your extracted files

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. When you create an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

4. Subscription Plans and Payments

4.1 Free and Paid Plans

We offer both free and paid subscription plans:

  • Free Plan: Limited storage (100 MB) for personal use
  • Pro Plan: Enhanced storage (5 GB) and additional features
  • Enterprise Plans: Custom storage and features for organizations

4.2 Billing

For paid plans:

  • Billing is processed through Stripe, our payment processor
  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, depending on your selection
  • Payments are non-refundable except as required by law
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

  • You will retain access until the end of your current billing period
  • Your account will revert to the Free plan
  • Files exceeding Free plan limits may become inaccessible (but not deleted)

5. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on the rights of others
  • Upload malicious content or malware
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Use the Service to store illegal or prohibited content
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
  • Use automated systems to access the Service in a manner that exceeds reasonable use

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Content

The Service, including its original content (excluding user content), features, and functionality, is owned by UNCLOG and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of all files you extract and store using our Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the Service to you.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our data collection and use practices.

8. Disclaimers

Important Notice

Please read this section carefully as it limits our liability to you.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Implied warranties of merchantability
  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Non-infringement
  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation

We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements, be available at any particular time, or be secure or free from errors.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UNCLOG AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
  • Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account or data
  • Damages resulting from any interruption or cessation of the Service

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless UNCLOG and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including:

  • Breach of these Terms
  • Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
  • Non-payment of fees
  • Extended periods of inactivity

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may request a copy of your data before account termination.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use the Service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and UNCLOG regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
